Arya Resources was founded in Midland in 2018 to acquire and operate producing oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin. We are not a fund and we are not absentee. The partners live here, work the assets, and make decisions themselves.
Our approach is straightforward: buy properties where hands-on operations and disciplined spending make a measurable difference, then run them carefully. Engineering, land and title, and business management are all handled in house.
We work with mineral owners, royalty owners, non-operated working interest partners, service companies, and lenders across the basin. If you own an interest in a well we operate or you have a property you would like us to look at, get in touch.

Producing property acquisition
We evaluate and acquire producing wells and working interests in the Permian Basin, with a focus on properties where operational attention and capital discipline can improve performance.
Day to day operations
Production operations, workovers, artificial lift, saltwater disposal, and facility maintenance, managed directly by our partners rather than handed off to a third party manager.
Land, title, and regulatory
In house leasehold and title work, division orders, ownership research, and Texas Railroad Commission filings and compliance for the wells we operate.

The people behind Arya.
Andy Torres
Andy is a lifelong native of Midland. He earned a degree in Political Science with a double major in Leadership Studies from The University of Texas Permian Basin. In 2018, Andy co-founded Arya Resources, LLC.
Blake Wineinger
Blake is a native of Alvin, Texas, and has lived in Midland since 1999. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Blake became Arya's third partner in 2022.
Dave Joyner
Dave is from Richardson, Texas, and has lived in Midland since 2008. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003. Dave co-founded Arya Resources, LLC in 2018.
